Project 1B: Digital Collage review
Exercise
- Working with layers.
- Adjustment layers &
filters.
Instructions:
- Attach your best composition from Week 3 digital collage exercise below.
- Using the same Photoshop file, improvise your W3 digital collage into W4 by using adjustment layers & filters on Photoshop.
- Explain what you've learned in the description section.
DESCRIPTION: I have chose this as my final digital collage composition because I like how the collage space was utilized fully. I added some white circles on the top right to create an imagination that the blue fish is in deep thoughts of how the human transportation works. I added a blue coloured building as well to balance the colors with the fish for an even look on this digital collage.
Week 4 - Adjustment layers & Filters
DESCRIPTION: I have used the selective color tool to modify the colors of the image of the fish to a slightly more magenta color and the leaf. Then, I have created a clipping mask on top of the layers selected so that only certain layers of the image can be affected by the adjustments. I have also used the curve tool on the people walking image and the building image then enhanced the brightness on these two images.
