itself - only put relevant reference list in ur critical review - reword
your RQ to match with your RO - Add a short summary below the research

- Have a brief introduction + state what your survey is about (also
ensuring the respondents that the responses are all anonymous so they can
just answer the questions with their honest opinion)
Specific feedback:
-Instead of a 'Yes'/'No' question, it's better to also add on
elaboration as to why they choose 'yes' or 'no'/ their opinion on certain
questions
- reword some of your questions - identify the visual elements +
what is a good interface design for e-wallet apps? use these as a guide
for the survey questions
- need to understand the app's visual elements
(Touch 'N Go) better if there is some screenshots of the apps that can be
put into the survey

-There are several visual design elements in the Tng app that you can ask
as specific questions. Eg: color application, navigation buttons, icon
elements etc + state your opinion/elaboration
- The
satisfaction/dissatisfaction section can be removed as it was not that
relevant to the topic itself
- A few more amendments then you can send out
your survey form.

- can make a
simplified version of summary slides for all tasks for the recorded

Reflections
Experience
Throughout this whole design research project, I was honestly struggling through each of the tasks given as it was my first time actually doing research assignments which also meant got to read a lot of research papers and write which is something I personally would not do. My anxiety has risen to the top whenever the tutorial class session starts because the lecturer calls out all of our names to check up on our progress which I have to keep up with the pace in order to show my work (which a lot of times i couldn’t keep up..) and I was slow in understanding how to do research but I didn’t ask, something that I should be improving on myself towards in order to actually understand the requirements of each task so and so forth. However, despite the rocky parts of me dealing with this research work, my lecturer, Dr. Yip Jinchi was really patient throughout all the tutorial sessions in consulting each of us and making sure we are on the same track while also giving us helpful feedback on how we can improve on our task. And now finally I’m glad that I have pulled through and actually finished this research assignment(s). Definitely a lot for me to learn and reflect on this module to prepare for the dissertation module in the future.
